中医学透法在甲状腺疾病治疗中的应用

Application of expelling pathogeneses in traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid diseases

简析透法的历史源流和理论内涵,发现透法具有宣展气机、透邪外解、因势利导及用药轻灵辛散等特点,甲状腺具有助肝疏泄、助肾生阳的功能。甲状腺处于清虚之地,其功能太过或不足均可致甲状腺相关疾病的发生。治疗时切勿"郁"滞,又以"顺"为宜。将结合导师临床治疗甲状腺疾病的特点进行探讨,揭示透法在甲状腺疾病防治中的重要性。

We briefly analyze the historical origins and theoretical connotations of expelling pathogeneses methods, and found that the methods have the characteristics of adjusting Qi and expelling pathogenic factors. What~ more, through the guidance of expelling pathogeneses methods, the herbal prescriptions should be mild and divert a favorable turn of events to one＇s advantage. In general, the function of thyroid plays an important role. For one thing, it is beneficial for liver to regulate Qi. For another, it contributes to the kidney developing Yang. The thyroid is pure and the disturbance of thyroid function can lead to the occurrence of thyroid related diseases. The treatment of thyroid diseases is not stagnation, but unobstructed. This paper will discuss the im- portance of expelling pathogeneses methods in the prevention and treatment of thyroid disease by combining with my tutor＇s treatment of thyroid disorders.
