Short TiO_2 Nanorods Synthesized Via Electrospinning Technique for Photocatalytic Degradation of Methylene Blue

摘要 用静电纺丝技术制备了TiO_2短纳米棒,并用X射线衍射及扫描电镜测试分析所制备样品的微观结构及形貌,采用拉曼光谱仪研究其拉曼光谱;以所制备样品为光催化剂,在紫外光照射下催化降解亚甲基蓝,并采用紫外-可见分光光度计分析其光催化降解效率.结果可知:所制得的样品为短纳米棒状TiO_2粉末,且其微观结构呈现良好的单相锐钛矿结构;紫外光作用4h后的最大降解率高达89.8%,表现出优良的光催化降解效率,且该催化剂可以被多次循环利用. Short TiO_2 nanorods were synthesized via electrospinning technique.The morphology,structure and photocatalyticperformance in the degradation of methylene blue under UV light irradiation were characterized by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,Raman technolygy and UV-visible absorption spectrophotometer.The results reveal that the as-prepared sample exhibits short nanorodsin morphology with a pure anatase phase in structure.The short TiO_2 nanorods exhibit an excellent photocatalytic performance with a maximum degradation rate of 89.8%,and the catalyst could be used repeatedly.
