高校室内空气微生物检测与评价——以厦门大学嘉庚学院为例

Detection and Evaluation of Indoor Air Microorganism Pollution in University:Taking Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University as Example

了解校园室内空气中微生物的污染情况,对进一步增强人们的健康、环保意识,防止和减少传染性疾病的发生,保护师生的身体健康具有重要的现实意义.文章采用平板自然沉降法,以厦门大学嘉庚学院学生活动较多的食堂、图书馆、教室、实验室及男、女生宿舍作为代表性地点,测定流感高发的春、秋两季校园内6个室内环境的空气微生物含量,以确定污染程度.结果显示:该校园室内环境总体评价为清洁水平,且春、秋两季校园室内环境相当;就菌种而言,细菌含量男生宿舍最高,为较清洁水平,另外5个室内环境可达到清洁水平,6个室内环境的真菌含量均可达到清洁水平.

To get acquainte with the contamination reality of microorganisms in a university campus has real significance for increasing awareness of the environment and health,efficiently avoiding the infectious diseases,as well as protecting the health of teachers and students.In this paper,school canteens,library,classrooms,labs,and boys＇ and girls＇ dorms in Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University were selected as investigated spots.The sedimentation plate method was used to determine the content of microorganisms in 6 indoor environment in spring and fall the high-occurrence seasons for the flu,which was necessary to determine the level of contamination of this campus.The results showed that the overall evaluation of the indoor environment in campus was clean.The environment level of spring didn＇t appear to be much different from that of autumn.The amount of bacteria was found highest in boys＇ dorms,reaching the level of relatively clean,and five other indoor environment can achieve the level of clean.The contents of airborne fungi in 6 indoor environment can be achieved the level of clean.
