摘要
为提升企业实行绿色管理意愿,促进绿色技能培训实践,引入创新技术与使用理论模型,从企业绿色管理意愿角度,构建预期收益、预期努力、社群效应、促进条件各维度对绿色技能培训的影响机制模型。239份旅游从业人员调查问卷的实证结果显示:预期收益、社群效应对绿色管理意愿具有显著的正向影响;预期努力对绿色管理意愿的影响未通过显著性检验;促进条件的组织凝聚力、环境问题认知、员工个人关注度对绿色技能培训具有显著的正向影响;绿色管理意愿在预期收益、社群效应对绿色技能培训的影响中具有部分中介效应。
In order to enhance the green management intention of enterprises and promote me pracuce ot green s^us trammg, the technology acceptance model was introduced in this study.From the perspective of corporate green management intention,build the mechanism model of different dimensions that included expected benefits,expected efforts, community effects,promoting condition on the impact of green skills training.Tbe empirical results of 239 tourism practitioners' survey showed that:expected benefits and community effects had a significant positive impact on green management intention;the impact of the expected effort on green management will not pass the significant test;promoting condition of the cohesion of organization,problem awareness of environment and employee per- sonal attention all had a significant positive impact on green skills training;green management intention has a partial intermediary ef- fect in the expected benefits and community effects on the impact of green skills training.
