摘要
随着我国经济文化的平稳有序发展,政府职能的不断转变,精神文明建设的重要性也日益凸显,社区图书馆建设是新形势下精神文化发展的硬性需要,同时也是提升居民文化素养的有力途径,但与此同时,基层图书馆管理模式的弊端逐渐显露,其不平衡的发展状态是因其传统的管理机制造成的。通过对部分社区图书馆社会化管理的现状进行调研,积极总结经验,探索存在的问题,从而展开对相关具体情况的分析,并尝试提出一定的解决办法,争取为促进图书馆管理机制的创新建设提供一定的积极经验。
With the steady and orderly development of economy and culture in our country, the continuous transformation of gov- ernment functions and the importanee of the construction of spiritual eivilization have become increasingly prominent.The construction of community libraries is a indispensable requirement for spiritual and cultural development in the new situation. However,the draw- backs of the management model of grass-roots libraries gradually revealed that the unbalanced development status is caused by the fragmentation of the traditional management mechanism. Through surveying and researching the status quo of social management of some community libraries,this paper actively sums up experience and explores existing problems, so as to start the analysis of relevant specific situations and try to put forward some solutions to strive to provide some positive experience to promote the library manage- ment mechanism innovative.
