基于锥形人才培养模式的高校攀岩教学研究

攀岩运动在高校迅速发展的根本原因,在于它满足了三个层面的需求,即人才培养、大学文化和职业精神。攀岩运动提高大学生心理素质、培养健康人格、激发生命活力、强化集体意识。攀岩精神不仅是大学独特校园文化的重要组成部分,也体现着一所大学的软实力。攀岩使学生不仅获得个性发展,更重要的是要服务他人,回报社会。攀岩教学要注重对大学生攀岩心理的训练,完善课程设置,采取"以人为本"的开放式教学。合肥财经职业学院的攀岩教学体现了上述特征,是该校锥形人才培养模式的重要载体。

The fundamental reason for the rapid development of rock climbing in colleges and universities is that it meets the needs of three levels, namely,talents training,university cultures and professionalism. Rock climbing can improve psychological quality, cultivate healthy personality, stimulate vitality, and strengthen collective consciousness.The climbing spirit based on rock climbing is not only an important part of a university＇s unique campus culture, but also embodies the soft power of a university.Rock climbing pays attention to the cultivation of college students＇ senses of responsibility towards the community and society, so that students can not only acquire personal development,but also serve others and,more importantly,return to society. Rock climbing teaching should pay attention to the training of college students＇ climbing psychology,perfect the curriculum and adopt the ＂people-oriented＂ open teaching method. The rock climbing teaching at Hefei Finance and Economics Career Academy embodies the above characteristics and is an important carrier of the school＇s cone training mode.
