Study on the Efficient Running of Bilateral Scissors

针对双边剪碎边卡钢频次高的问题进行研究,分析了短碎边碎料溜槽卡钢和碎料导板卡钢的机理和原因,并制定了应对措施,基本消除了卡钢故障,为生产顺行提供了保障。

Aiming at the problem of frequent offcut jamming for bilateral scissors, the corresponding study was carried out, the mechanism and reasons for offcut jamming at chute and guideway were analyzed, and the countermeasures were formulated, and thus the jamming failure was basically eliminated, having pro- vided the safeguard for the smooth running of production line.
