宽厚板轧机AGC系统液压回油减震改造

摘要 针对宽厚板AGC(自动厚度控制)系统各阀台陆续出现的管路焊缝开裂漏油故障,进行原因分析,采取了增加蓄能器、回油管路截弯取直的措施,粗轧传动侧AGC阀台震动情况得到极大的改善,咬钢瞬间冲击基本被完全吸收,原插装阀被冲击卡阻产生的持续噪音也消失。极大地提高AGC阀台管路运行稳定性,保障生产顺行。 For the cracking leakage faults successively occurred in the pipe weld of each valve tables in heavy plate AGC (automatic gauge control) system, the relevant reasons was analyzed, and the measures, such as adding the energy accumulators and pipe straightening, were taken, the shock condition of valve table at the driving side of roughing mill was greatly improved, the impact at the biting moment was completely absorbed, and the continuous noise generated because of the jamming of original cartridge valves also disappeared. The stability of AGC valve pipeline was greatly improved and the smooth produc- tion was ensured.
