宽厚板产品随着国民经济和工业技术的迅猛发展得到广泛的应用,对产品质量的要求也在不断提高,超声波探伤作为一种重要的无损检测技术,是目前对宽厚规格钢板内部质量进行检测判定的主要手段,也是代表宽厚板厂技术装备水平先进程度的一个重要标志之一。结合莱钢宽厚板生产线在线自动超声波无损探伤设备的实际应用情况,分析了此技术在钢板缺陷检测分析中的利与弊。

The heavy plate products have been widely used with the rapid development of national econo- my and industrial technologies, and the requirements for product quality are also eonstantly improved, and so the ultrasonic testing, as an important non-destructive testing technology, is the main method for the detection and determination of heavy plates＂ internal quality and also one of important symbols repre- senting the advanced level of technical equipments in the heavy plate plant. Combined with the practical application of on-line automatic ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment in the heavy plate production line, the advantages and disadvantages of this technology in aspects of defect inspection and analysis of plates were analyzed.
