2015年济南铁路局部分高铁旅客食品认证与购买意愿调查

摘要 目的了解高铁旅客对铁路食品安全的认知情况,评估其铁路认证食品购买意愿。方法采用随机抽样方法,抽取高铁车站和列车的572名旅客作为研究对象,利用自行设计的问卷进行食品相关问题调查。结果 95%以上旅客关注食品安全问题,认为食品安全问题太多;70%以上认为提高食品安全水平有效做法是加强法制建设,50%以上认为食品会越来越安全。加贴铁路食品安全认证标识能提高旅客购买食品意愿,80%以上旅客对铁路食品安全状况感觉放心或较为放心,40%以上旅客认为目前铁路食品的价位可以接受,男性对铁路食品安全状况的满意度高于女性。结论不同性别人群对认证食品的认知及购买意愿不同,加贴铁路食品安全认证标识能提高旅客购买铁路食品意愿。 Objective To understand the cognition of railway passengers on railway food safety,and evaluate the purchase intention of railway certified food. Methods A random sampling method was used to select 572 passengers from high speed railway station and train as the research object. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the food- related problems. Results More than 95% passengers were concerned about food safety issues and thought that food safety problems were too many;more than 70% believed that the effective way to improve food safety was to strengthen the legal system,more than 50% thought that food will be much safer. Affixed to the railway food safety certification logo could improve the willingness of tourists to buy food,more than 80% passengers felt relieved or more assured on the rail- way food safety situation,more than 40% passengers believed that the current price of railway food could be accepted, male satisfaction on the food security situation of the railway was higher than that of female. Conclusion The cognition and purchase intension of different gender on the certified food are different,, and the railway food safety certification mark can improve the willingness to purchase railway food.
