2017年济宁市老年人意外伤害知信行调查

Survey on the knowledge,attitude and practice of unintentional injuries among the elderly,Jining city,2017

目的了解济宁市60岁以上老年人意外伤害知信行(KAP)的状况及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的意外伤害KAP调查表于2017年3~5月对济宁市60岁以上老年人进行面对面调查,数据采用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果济宁市60岁以上老年人对"意外伤害是一类疾病"知晓率为9.28%,对"烫伤后和扭伤后的应急处理"知晓率分别为38.40%和44.30%,对"跌倒是老年人最常见的意外伤害"知晓率为43.88%。调查对象中有56.54%认为意外伤害可以预防,66.24%认为自己有可能发生意外伤害,96.62%认为了解意外伤害相关知识是有必要的。济宁市51.05%的老年人每次使用煤气都检查关闭情况;62.87%的老年人每次服药前都检查药物的保质期;47.25%的老年人都没有补钙。意外伤害知信行的影响因素有性别、家庭月收入、受教育程度和主要的经济来源等(P<0.01);不同意外伤害态度得分的意外伤害发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论济宁市老年人意外伤害知信行的情况不乐观。

Objective To understand the awareness and influential factors of knowledge,attitude and practice （KAP）of unintentional injuries among the elderly over 60 years old in Jining city. Methods A one on-one survey was conducted among the elderly over 60 year old in Jining city, March-May 2017 by self-designed KAP questionnaire for unintentional injury. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results The awareness rate of ＂unintentional injury is a disease＂ in the elderly over 60 years old in Jining city was 9.28% ,that of ＂emergency treatment after scald and sprain＂ was 38.40% and 44.30% ,that of ＂falling is the most common unintentional injury in the elderly＂ was 43.88%. 56. 540/oo of the respondents thought that unintentional injury could be prevented,66.24% of the respondents thought that they might have unintentional injury, and 96.62% of the respondents thought that it was necessary to know the related knowledge of unintentional injury,51.05% of the elderly checked the turn-off after using gas every time;62.87% of the elderly checked the shelf life of each drug before taking medicine; 47.25% of the elderly didn＇t have calcium supplements. The influential factors of knowledge,attitude and practice were gender, family income, education level and main economic sources （P 〈 0.05）; There were significant differences in the incidence of unintentional injuries among different injury attitude scores （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The awareness rate of unintentional injuries on knowledge,attitude and practice （KAP） is far from optimistic among the elderly in Jining city.
