广州市农村居民饮食与高血压关系的现况研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究广州市农村居民健康饮食指数-2005(HEI-2005)与高血压风险之间的关系,为相关卫生政策的制定及合理分配卫生资源提供信息支持。方法采用现况研究的方法,选取广州市某农村居民为对象,以一对一访谈方式,获得一般人口学特征、健康相关行为、膳食情况等信息。采用Epidata3.02双录入资料,SAS 9.4进行结果分析。结果本次研究对象的HEI-2005平均得分为48.82(45.07,52.06),吸烟和饮酒者的得分明显比不吸烟者、不饮酒者低,且HEI-2005与高血压风险降低有关,对多变量因素调整后,以HEI-2005得分最低组作为参照,HEI-2005得分最高组的OR值(95%CI)为0.28(0.09,0.90)。结论以较高HEI-2005得分为特征的良好饮食质量,其与广州市农村居民患高血压的风险降低之间有密切联系。 Objective To investigate the association between healthy eating index-2005( HEI-2005) and risk of hypertension in Guangzhou rural residents,so as to provide information on the development of relevant health policies and rational allocation of health resources. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in Guangzhou rural residents. General demographic characteristics,health-related behaviors and dietary status was obtained in one-on-one interviews. The double data entry was made by Epidata3. 02. The statistics was made by SAS9. 4. Results The mean score of HEI-2005 in this study was 48. 82( 45. 07-52. 06). The scores of smokers and drinkers were significantly lower than those of non-smokers and non-drinkers. After adjustment for multivariate factors,greater diet quality scores on the HEI-2005 showed a significant association with a lower risk of hypertension.( OR = 0. 28,P < 0. 05). Conclusion A better diet quality as characterized by a higher HEI-2005 is associated with a reduced likelihood of having hypertension in Guangzhou rural residents.
