摘要
[目的]建立一种高效液相色谱测定双唑草腈颗粒剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Zorbax Extend-C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比为65∶35)为流动相,在235 nm检测波长下,对双唑草腈颗粒剂进行分离和测定。[结果]双唑草腈的线性相关系数为0.999 484,标准偏差为0.017,变异系数为0.83%,平均回收率为100.16%。[结论]该方法操作简便、快捷、准确,适用于双唑草腈颗粒剂的定量分析。
[Aims] A HPLC method for the quantitative determination of pyraclonil granules was established.[Methods] The quantitative analysis of pyraclonil granules was carried out by HPLC using Agilent Zorbax Extend-C_(18) column at 235 nm, the mixture of acetonitrile and water(65 ∶35, by vol) as mobile phase. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 484, the standard deviation was 0.017, the variation coefficient was 0.83%, and the mean recovery was 100.16%. [Conclusions] The method was simple, fast and accurate, which was suitable for quantitative analysis of pyraclonil granules.
