2000-2013年成都市放射从业人员剂量监测结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of dose monitoring results of radiation workers in Chengdu city During 2000 to 2013

摘要 目的了解2000-2013年成都市放射从业人员工作环境中辐照的受照剂量变化趋势。方法 2000-2013年期间,运用热释光法测量共监测22 677人·年的放射工作人员个人年受照剂量。采用Stata 12.0统计软件对数据作卡方检验、方差分析及直线相关分析。结果 2000-2013年成都市放射从业人员的历年人均年剂量维持在0.945(0.291,3.062)m Sv/a的稳定水平;各机构中一级医院的历年人均年剂量(1.086(0.375~3.302)m Sv/a)最高,工业单位的历年人均年剂量(0.798(0.227~2.797)m Sv/a)最低;各工种的人均年剂量由高到低为:放射介入(1.018(0.286~3.619)m Sv/a)、放射诊断(0.985(0.318~3.045)m Sv/a)、工业探伤辐照及测井(0.824(0.244~2.773)m Sv/a)、同位素应用及生产(0.794(0.221~2.842)m Sv/a),两两比较结果显示放射介入与放射诊断之间,工业探伤辐照及测井与同位素应用及生产之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2000-2013年成都市放射从业人员的人均年剂量水平保持稳定且低于国际规定的职业外照射个人剂量限值。 Objective To explore the radiation dose level of radioactive workers in workplace in Chengdu, China, from 2000 to 2013. Methods Collected the annual surveillance dose data by the thermoluminescenee method. Chi -square test, ANOVA and linear correlation analysis were used to compare subgroups with the statistical software Stata 12. 0. Results During 2000 to 2013, the radioactive workers' annual person average exposure dose of radiation remained stably at a low dose level: 0.945 (0.291 -3.062) mSv/a; The result of comparison among units was that the annual person average exposure dose of radiation of the first - level hospital (1. 086 (0. 375 - 3. 302) mSv/a) was the highest and the industry unit (0. 798 (0. 227 -2. 797) mSv/a) was the lowest than other units ; For each type of work, the order of annual person average exposure dose of radiation from high to low was: radioactive interventional (1. 018 (0. 286 -3.619) mSv/a), radioactive diagnosis (0. 985 (0. 318 - 3. 045 ) mSv/a), industry X - ray detection, the irradiation and well - logging ( 0. 824 ( 0. 244 -2. 773 ) roSy/a), isotopic application (0. 794 (0. 221 -2. 842) mSv/a). The result of multiple comparison between four types of work showed that: There was not statistically significant difference between radioactive interventional and radioactive diagnosis, as well as in the industry X - ray detection and isotopic application ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The radioactive workers' annual person average exposure dose of radiation remained stably and was far lower than the international rules of occupational radiation limit dose, in Chengdu, China,from 2000 to 2013.
