泌乳Ⅱ期启动延迟影响因素研究进展

A Review on Delayed Onset of Lactogenesis Stage Ⅱ and its Related Factors

母乳是婴儿理想的天然食物,但由于众多因素的影响,世界各国的母乳喂养现状并不乐观。我国早期纯母乳喂养率低,其重要原因是泌乳启动延迟。现通过对泌乳Ⅱ期启动延迟影响因素的相关研究分析,探讨母亲因素、疾病因素、产科相关因素及社会心理因素等与泌乳Ⅱ期启动延迟的相关性,为临床进行针对性的预防提供依据。

Breast milk is the ideal natural food for infants, but the world＇s breastfeeding status is not optimistic. The early exclusive breastfeeding rate is low in China, one of the most important reason is the delayed onset of lactogenesis stage Ⅱ. In this paper, we aim to find out the related factors through literature review and provide a basis for clinical prevention of delayed onset of lactogenesis stage Ⅱ.
