2006-2015年基于pubmed数据库的妊娠期糖尿病文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Research based on the PUbmed Database During 2006-2015

目的分析2006-2015年国际上妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)相关研究文献的分布规律和研究热点,旨在为我国GDM的科学防治提供参考信息。方法利用书目共现分析系统(BICOMB 2013)对2006-2015年美国国立医学图书馆Pubmed数据库收录的GDM相关研究文献进行文献计量分析,采用SPSS 20.0对词篇矩阵进行系统聚类分析。结果共检索到GDM科研文献7 278篇,年发文数量呈波动性增长。语种以英语为主,美国和英国发文量最多,我国发文量位居第9。GDM研究高频主题词85个,聚类分析将高频主题词聚为7类。结论美英两国是国际GDM研究领域的主导力量,相关研究热点主要集中在GDM的治疗、诊断、胰岛素抵抗、并发症、流行病学、预防与控制和巨大胎儿的超声检查等7个领域。

Objective To provide reference information for the mellitus （GDM） in China by analyzing the distribution pattern prevention and treatment of gestational diabetes and research focuses of the international research literatures from 2006 to 2015. Methods GDM - related literatures that cited by Pubmed database from 2006 to 2015 were collected and analyzed by bibliography information concurrence mining system （BICOMB 2013 ）. SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for cluster of the word text matrix. Results In total, 7278 literatures were included during 2006 -2015, showing a rising trend with fluctuations. The literatures were mainly in English, and the literature capacities of the USA and the UK were dominant, while the literature capacity of China was ranked the ninth. There were 85 related high -frequency key words altogether, and clustering analysis classified high - frequency keywords into 7 categories. Conclusion The number of published articles of the USA and the UK was dominant. The research mainly focuses on therapy, diagnosis, insulin resistance, complications, epidemiology, prevention and control, and ultrasonography of fetal macrosomia.
