纤维复合筋增强活性粉末混凝土盖板的力学性能研究

摘要 活性粉末混凝土行人盖板由于其厚度较薄,在偶然冲击荷载作用下盖板可能开裂,导致内部钢筋锈蚀,最终影响盖板寿命。纤维复合筋具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和优异的力学性能,将其替换钢筋运用到盖板上,能有效解决盖板的耐久性问题,但其力学性能如何有待研究。在蒸汽养护和标准养护两种制度下,研究了不同种类的纤维复合筋(玻璃纤维筋、玄武岩纤维筋和碳纤维筋)替换PC钢棒对盖板力学性能的影响,从而探讨其在超高性能混凝土盖板上应用的可能性。试验结果表明:用玻璃纤维筋替换PC钢棒能在保证原有盖板的力学性能和破坏形式变化不大的前提下,提高盖板的耐久性能,同时具有良好的经济性,是较为适宜的纤维复合筋种类。 The Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) walking-used electric cover is likely to crack under the accidental impact load due to its less thickness, causing the corrosion of the inner steel bars.The Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) bar processes excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical property, and hence if it is applied on the electric cover as a substitute of steel bar, the cover can sustain normal use under the accidental crack.However,whether these FRP bars will reduce the mechanical property of the electric cover need to be confirmed.It studies the impacts of different FRP bars (GFRP bar, BFRP bar, CFRP bar) as the substitute of PC steel bar on the cover's mechanical property under standard curing and steam curing, and discusses the possibility of their application on the ultra-high performance concrete cover.The experimental results indicate that the GFRP bar replacing the PC steel bar can improve the cover's durability and economy under the condition that there is almost no change of the mechanical property and failure mode, and hence GFRP bar is a suitable substitute.
