摘要
研究了复掺机制砂、碎石预处理及外加剂的优化措施对C50特细砂大吸水率碎石泵送混凝土拌合物性能、抗压强度的影响。研究结果表明,采用复掺机制砂、碎石预处理及外加剂优化措施,可显著降低混凝土坍落度经时损失,降低混凝土泌水率,提高28 d抗压强度,从而配制出性能满足要求的C50泵送混凝土。
The mixture performance and the compressive strength of C50 pumpcrete prepared with ultrafine sand and large water absorption coarse aggregate were studied with optimization of mixed sand,pretreatment coarse aggregate and admixture.The result indicates that the slump loss and the bleeding rate can be significantly reduced, the 28 d compressive strength can be improved, and the performance of the C50 pumpcrete can meets the requirements,with the optimization of mixed sand,pretreatment coarse aggregate and admixture.
