摘要
以预制装配式结构数值模拟方法为基础,结合弹性力学有限元法的基本理论原理,采用ANSYS软件中线弹性弹簧单元COMBIN14组成的三维联结单元模拟预制-现浇混凝土叠合面的相互作用,形成叠合梁三维弹簧联结模型,并对国内三位学者试验叠合梁试件的受力性能进行非线性有限元数值模拟,分析结果表明:构件变形、极限荷载、箍筋应变等内容与试验情况相同,满足计算精度要求,采用三维弹簧单元有限元理论而建立的钢筋混凝土叠合梁数值模拟方法是合理可行的,该方法为后期用有限元分析预制装配式结构受力性能提供了一种可靠途径。
On the basis of the prefabricated structure numerical simulation method, combining the basic theory of elastic mechanics finite element method.Using the 3D coupling unit of linear elastic spring element COMBIN14 in the ANSYS software simulating the combined interface interaction between cast-in-site concrete and precast concrete, numerical simulation method of the prefabricated concrete structures is established, and has been simulated about the mechanical performance of the composite beam from three domestic scholars test, the analysis results show that the deformation, limit load, stirrup strain the same as the test, satisfies the requirement of accuracy, the reinforced concrete composite beam numerical simulation technology of the spring element finite element theory is feasible.The method provides a reliable way for finite element analysis of prefabricated structure stress performance.
