光波辅助核桃壳活性炭吸附孔雀石绿性能的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以新疆薄皮核桃壳为原料,加入0.7 mol/L的氯化锌(Zn Cl_2)在600℃马弗炉中活化加热50 min制备活性炭。采用微波、光波、光波组合C_1、光波组合C_2辅助活性炭吸附孔雀石绿染料溶液,探讨辐射时间、染料浓度、活性炭用量对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:辐射时间2 min、染料浓度500 mg/L、活性炭用量10 mg时,吸附效果最佳;该吸附过程更符合准二级吸附动力学方程(R^2=0.9928),属于化学吸附;拟合等温Langmuir方程能更好的描述该吸附过程(R^2=0.9919),吸附以单分子层吸附为主;正交实验分析表明,影响吸附效果的主次顺序为活性炭用量>染料浓度>吸附时间;活性炭用量对吸附效果的影响最为显著。 In order to prepare activated carbon from thin skin walnut shell in Xingjiang, 0.7 mol/L ZnCl2 was added to the muffle furnace with 600 ℃ and heated 50 rain. The effect of factors including the initial dye concentration, radiation time and the adsorbent dosage were studied based on microwave, light waves and microwave-light wave combination C1 and C2. The results show that the optimal adsorption efficiency were reached under the irradiation time of 2 min, initial dye concentration of 500 mg/L and adsorbent dosage of 10 mg. The fitting results show that the adsorption process was more good with the pseudo- second-order dynamic (R2 = 0.9928), which indicate that the one belonged to chemical adsorption, and the Langmuir equation could describe the adsorption process (R2 = 0. 9919 ), which indicate that the adsorption process was single molecule layer adsorption. The analysis of Orthogonal Experiment show that the order of factors for the adsorption efficiency flown as adsorbent dosage, dye concentration and adsorption time, and the adsorbent dosage had the most significant effect for the adsorption efficiency.
