摘要
采用两步水热法在柔性碳纤维纸上成功原位生长ZnO纳米阵列。该纳米阵列具有单晶结构,优良的电导传输效率等特点。柔性碳纤维纸作为一种环保材料,有着极好导电性、能快速传输光生载流子。对所制样品进行可见光下光电探测,实验结果显示:碳纤维上制备ZnO纳米阵列在可见光下有较高光电流。通过表征与分析,提出零价氧空位在ZnO提供能级致使其在可见光下能够激发。
The ZnO nanotrees array were successfully grown on flexible carbon fiber paper by two-step hydrothermal method. The nanotrees array has a single crystal structure and excellent conductivity transmission efficiency characteristics. Flexible carbon fiber paper as an environmentally friendly material, has wonderful conductivityand transfers photogenerated carriers quickly. The samples were subjected to photodetection tests under visible light , the experimental results show that the ZnO nano arrays had higher photocurrent under. It is suggested that the zero-valence oxygen vacancies in the ZnO provide energy levels that cause it to be excited in visible light.
