摘要
制备了混合导体膜反应器,通过电化学方法捕获CO_2,并将其用于甲烷二氧化碳干重整反应中。采用XRD,SEM,TPR等技术系统研究了La Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.5)O_3催化剂在膜反应器中对甲烷二氧化碳干重整反应的影响。结果表明:La Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.5)O_3催化剂在甲烷干重整反应中能原位析出纳米金属Ni和Co,对反应起到了较好的催化作用,同时抑制了积碳。催化剂还具有良好的氧化还原性能,可以循环利用。
Dry methane reforming process to make syngas with CO2 electrochemically captured from a CO2 source via a mixed conducting membrane in a single reactor. The effects of LaNio.5 Coo. 5 09 catalyst on the dry reforming of methane dioxide in membrane reactor were studied by XRD, SEM and TPR. The results show that LaNi0.5 Coo. 5 03 catalyst can in situ precipitate nano-metal Ni and Co during the dry reforming reaction, which catalyze the reaction and suppress the carbon deposition. The catalyst also has good redox properties and can be recycled.
