浅析《伤寒杂病论》安神剂中炙甘草的配伍

Analysis of the Compatibility of Fried Glycyrrhizae from Sedative Prescriptions in Treasite on Exogenous Febrile Disease

本研究共统计《伤寒杂病论》254首方,按功效主治分为15类,其中主治为安神作用的方剂有桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤、酸枣汤、甘麦大枣汤三首,其所治疾病病机各不同,却均配伍炙甘草组方,其意义不能仅局限于调和诸药,还有补中土、调脾胃以安养心神之功。故本文以仲景《伤寒杂病论》中安神剂三方为基础,以四气五味为论理工具,以炙甘草用量为配伍限制条件,来探讨安神剂中炙甘草的配伍意义,目的在于为现代临床安神剂中炙甘草的准确合理应用提供理论指导。

This study has counted 254prescriptions from Treasite on Exogenous Febrile Disease. It is divided into 15categories according to efficacy. There are three prescriptions which has been used to calm the nerves in it, including Guizhi Gancao Longgu Mull Decoction, Suabzaoren Decoction and Ganmai Dazao Decoction. Although they are different from each other in patbogenesis, all of them apply the compatibility of Fired Glycyrrbizae Decoction. The meaning not only was restricted to coor- dinating the drug actions of a prescription, but also have the function of calming the nerves by regulating and tonifying Middle- Jiao. Therefore, with the limitation of appropriative Fired Glycyrrhizae dosage, this thesis is based on three sedative prescrip- tions in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease, and has been used four properties and five tastes as tools. Then discussing the comprabihy meaning of Fired Glycyrrhizae. The purpose of that hope to provide theoretical direction for Fired Glycyrrhizae was used to sedative prescriptions in modern clinic.
