犀角地黄汤联合小剂量皮质激素治疗热毒炽盛型系统性红斑狼疮临床研究

Clinical Study of Using Xijiao Dihuang Decoction Combined with Low-dose Corticosteroid on the Regulation of Serum Index in the Treatment of Heat Poisoning Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的:观察犀角地黄汤联合小剂量皮质激素对热毒炽盛型系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效和血清指标调控的影响。方法:选取2014年6月~2016年6年在本院接受治疗的确诊为热毒炽盛型SLE的患者426例。将患者随机分为治疗组(213例)和对照组(213例),治疗组患者采用强的松结合犀角地黄汤治疗,对照组只使用强的松进行治疗。两组患者均治疗12周。结果:对照组患者总的疗效为64.32%,治疗组患者的总的疗效为86.38%,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);对照组患者中医证候总的疗效为69.48%,治疗组患者中医证候总的疗效为90.61%,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组和对照组对比,血清指标在IgG、ANA、WBC和PLT指标方面差异显著(P<0.05),其他方面比较无差异;治疗过程中患者发生的不良反应主要包含痤疮、肺部的感染、消化道出血等,其中对照组发生9例,治疗组患者发生6例,治疗组少于对照组,且患者经过对症治疗后不影响其后续治疗。结论:强的松结合犀角地黄汤可以有效治疗热毒炽盛型系统性红斑狼疮的患者,提升其临床和中医证候的治疗效果,改善血清指标。

Objective： To study the effect of using Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined with low-dose corticosteroids on the clinical curative effect and the regulation of serum markers for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （LPS）. Methods ： A total of 426patients with SLE were enrolled in our hospital from June 2014to June 2016. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group （213cases） and controlled group （213cases）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with prednisone and prednisone. The two groups of patients were treated for 12weeks. Resuhs： The total curative effect was 64. 32% in the controlled group and 86. 38% in the treatment group, the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The total curative effect of the TCM group in the controlled group was 69.48%, the treatment group was 90. 61% （P〈0. 05 ）. There was significant difference in serum IgG, ANA, WBC and PLT between the treatment group and the controlled group （ P〈0. 05 ）, and the difference was significant （P〈0. 05）. There were 9cases in the controlled group, 6cases in the treatment group, the treatment group was less than the controlled group, and the treatment group was less than the controlled group, and the treatment group was less than the controlled group, and the other side was no difference; the treatment of adverse reactions occurred mainly in patients with acne, lung infection, gastrointestinal bleeding, patients after symptomatic treatment did not affect their follow-up treatment. Conclusion： The combination of prednisone and Xijiao Dihuang Decoction can effectively treat patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, enhance the clinical and TCM syndromes and improve the serum indexes.
