分期整体针灸法与常规针灸法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Comparison Between Stages Integral Acupuncture Method and Routine Acupuncture Method in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察脑梗死患者采取分期整体针灸法与常规针灸法治疗的临床疗效。方法:将我院2013年5月~2016年5月接诊的脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,入选对象临床资料完整,愿意配合本研究,按照随机数表法分组,各自50例。对照组患者接受常规针灸法治疗,研究组患者则接受分期整体针灸法治疗,对两组患者临床效果,以及治疗前后中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评分进行观察记录,并对比分析。结果:两组患者治疗后均可评价临床效果,研究组总有效率高达96.00%,显著高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评分比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组中医证候积分与神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活能力评分则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者采取分期整体针灸法与常规针灸法治疗比较而言,前者不仅疗效更优,而且可更好地改善中医症候与神经功能缺损症状及日常生活能力,值得借鉴。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect for the treatment of cerebral infarction by Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with routine acupuncture therapy. Methods ： In our hospital in May 2013to May 2016, the 100patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the research object, the object of complete clinical data, was willing to cooperate with this research, grouped according to the random number table method, each of 50cases. The controlled group received routine acupuncture treatment, the study group was treated with the phased whole acupuncture treatment, clinical effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, TCM syndrome score, neurological deficit scores and ADL score was recorded, and the comparative analysis. Results ： The two groups of patients after treatment can evaluate the clinical effect of the study group, the total efficiency was 96% , significantly higher than the controlled group 80% （P〈0. 05 ） ; the two groups of patients before treatment, TCM syndrome score, neurological deficit score and daily life ability score had no difference （P〉0. 05）, after treatment of TCM syndrome score group integral and defect of nerve function was significantly lower than the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）, ADL score was significantly lower than that of the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The patients with cerebral infarction by phased whole acupuncture and routine acupuncture treatment in comparison, the former not only better curative effect, and can better improve the TCM symptoms and neurological symptoms and ability of daily life, is worth of learning.
