强肾灸治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者减少肾损害的护理研究

Nursing Study of Applying Strong Kidney Moxibustion in the Treatment of Multiple Myeloma Patients on Reducing Kidney Damage

目的:观察强肾灸(中国灸系列)穴位贴敷在治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者减少肾损害的治疗效果。方法:40例多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予传统护理方法,观察组在此基础上给予强肾灸穴位贴敷8小时,每日1次,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的临床效果明显好于对照组,且两组患者的数据经对比后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强肾灸穴位贴敷治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者减少肾损害无创伤、无痛苦、操作方便的特点,且疗效肯定,值得临床应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of applying strong kidney moxibustion in the treatment of multiple myeloma pa- tients on reducing kidney damage. Methods ： 40cases of multiple myeloma patients were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group, the controlled group was given the traditional nursing method, the observation group received kidney moxibustion acupoint for 8hours, once a day, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results： There were obvious differences between the two groups, and the observation group was better than the controlled group. Results： The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the controlled group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Strong kidney moxibustion point sticking therapy for multiple myeloma patients with less renal damage, no trauma, no pain, easy to operate, and the curative effect is certain, worthy of clinical application.
