摘要
由于邢台矿热电厂停产,煤矿周围没有可利用的热源,为解决职工洗浴问题,提出以压风机余热及空气源热泵作为热源,电加热作为辅助热源联合供热。水箱容量、蓄热能力的大小以及系统的运行控制顺序关系系统的效率与稳定。本文介绍了机房设备选型,系统运行方案及控制系统的设计要点,通过数据采集并计算得出空压机废热为最优先利用的热能,空气能次之,尽量减少电加热的使用。该系统节省了运行费用,达到很好的运行效果。
As the Xingtai Mine thermal power plant was suspended,and there is no available heat source around the mine,in order to solve the problem of workers bathing,the pressure machine waste heat,air source heat pump as a heat source,electric heating as an auxiliary heat source plan was given.water tank capacity,thermal storage capacity,system operation control order,affect system efficiency and stability.The equipment selection,design scheme and system operation control system were introduced,through the data acquisition and calculation,the waste heat of the air compressor is the most preferential utilization of heat energy,and the air can be secondary,so as to minimize the use of electric heating.The system saves operating costs and achieves good operating results.
