凹凸棒土-稻壳活性炭复合滤料与陶粒滤料对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附性能研究

摘要 用以凹凸棒土为主要原料制备的凹凸棒土-稻壳活性炭复合滤料和陶粒滤料分别对亚甲基蓝进行吸附实验。研究了温度、pH值、吸附时间和2种滤料投加量对亚甲基蓝吸附性的影响,并对2种不同滤料的吸附性能进行比较。实验数据表明,凹凸棒土-稻壳活性炭复合滤料在大多数外界条件下对亚甲基蓝的吸附率都高于陶粒滤料,对于亚甲基蓝吸附效果更好。 The adsorption experiments on methylene blue were carried out on the composite filter media mainly composed of attapulgite clay-rice husk activated carbon composite filter and the ceramic particle filter.The effects of temperature,pH value,adsorption time and the dosage of two kinds of media on the adsorption of methylene blue were studied.The adsorption properties of two different media were compared.The experimental data show that the attraction rate of attapulgite clay-rice husk activated carbon composite filter media is higher than that of ceramic particle filter under most external conditions,and the adsorption effect on methylene blue is better.
