摘要 考虑液态和固态排渣锅炉对煤灰熔点的不同要求,采用煤灰成分作为自变量,灰熔点作为因变量进行建模,通过控制变量法对影响因子逐个优化得到优化公式;以相同的实验数据为基础,利用回归分析法建立预测灰熔点的数学模型,另选煤样将两个公式与经典公式进行对比。结果表明,优化公式预测效果最佳。误差在80℃以内的97.3%,相关性系数为0.958 48。回归分析法建立预测灰熔点的数学模型相关性系数为0.86,该公式对于预测煤灰熔点具有一定的普适性和准确性。 Considering the different requirements on the ash melting point of liquid and solid slag boiler,using coal ash as independent variables,the ash melting point as the dependent variable model,through analyzing the influence factor by optimization formula of control variable method; in the same experimental data as the basis,using the regression analysis method to establish the mathematical model for predicting the ash melting point.The two formulas were compared with the classical formula by other coal sample.The results showed that the optimized formula got the best prediction effect.The error was 97.3% within 80℃,and the correlation coefficient is 0.95848.The mathematical model of grey fusion point is established by regression analysis.The coefficient of correlation is 0.86.The formula has a universal universality and accuracy in predicting the ash melting point.
