摘要
针对传统布孔方式存在抽采盲区空白带,不符合防突规定要求,具有突出危险性,分析了"方格"和"三花眼"两种改进的布孔方式。经分析,两种布孔方式均不存在抽采盲区,可满足消突要求。但"三花眼"布孔方式单钻孔有效利用区域面积为"方格"布孔方式的1.3倍。结合大淑村矿172404工作面现场实际情况,应用效果表明:"三花眼"布孔方式比"方格"布孔方式在面积相同区域实施穿层消突时可节约成本39.75万元。大淑村矿每年需进行穿层预抽煤层瓦斯的区域面积约有6万m2,全年采用"三花眼"布孔方式可节约成本约近400万元,具有较强的应用价值。
Based on blind area of traditional drilling,with danger and without meeting the needs of outburst prevention,the improvements of square and equilateral triangle drilling were analyzed,which avoid blind mining area and meet the needs of outburst prevention,the efficient area of equilateral triangle drilling is 1.3 times larger than square drilling.Combined with the 172404 working face mining of Dachucun Mine,equilateral triangle drilling enables to save 397 500 yuan in outburst prevention in the same area,with 60 000 m2 of gas drainage area in Dashucun Mine yearly,equilateral triangle drilling enables to save about 4 million yuan in the mine.
