摘要
大社矿92622工作面未开采下部保护层,工作面掘进前采取穿层条带预抽瓦斯的消突方式对工作面掘进区域消突,回采前采取顺层区段预抽煤层瓦斯的方式对工作面回采区域进行消突。回采期间分别采取高位钻孔抽采、采空区抽采、上隅角瓦斯抽采技术进行瓦斯治理,并增加了新型瓦斯稀释器使用技术,同时在工作面施工超前排放孔,砌筑煤袋墙,利用高、低负压移动式抽采泵进行分源抽采,有效保证煤矿安全生产。
92622 working face of Dashe Mine without mining protective layer,pre-drainage crossing layer was adopted before mining to remove outburst,consequent layer pre-draining was conducted to eliminate outburst.High drilling,goaf draining,upper corner gas drainage were adopted in recovery mining,with new type gas diluter,pre-drainage hole,building coal wall and moving drainage pump using high,low negative pressure,ensured the safe mining.
