我国铁路技术标准实现国际化的可行性

Research on the Feasibility of Internationalization of China's Railway Technical Standards

技术标准是国民经济和社会发展的重要技术基础,是增强自主创新能力的重要内容。为促进我国铁路技术标准工作的开展,满足中国铁路"走出去"发展战略的需要,此文通过对国内外铁路技术标准的分析和比较,从7个方面提出我国铁路技术标准实现国际化的可行性。通过加大推广力度,使我国铁路技术标准纳入国际标准化管理体系。

Technical standards are the important technical basis of national economy and social development, and it is an important content to enhance the ability of independent innovation. In order to promote the develop- ment of China＇s railway technology standards and meet the needs of China＇s ＂ going out＂ development strategy, the domestic and foreign railway technology standards are analyzed and compared in this paper. And the feasibility of internationalization of China＇s railway technical standards is proposed from 7 aspects. The railway technical standards of our country can be brought into the international standardization management system by increasing promotion.
