微差控制爆破隧道与普通控制爆破所需费用分析 被引量:2

摘要 在铁路隧道工程建设中,一般采用普通控制爆破开展施工,以现行工料机定额编制工程概预算。但当线路临近或穿越特殊及重要设施时,需采用微差控制爆破进行施工,以减少或避免对重要设施的影响。可没有现行定额采用,为此,此文结合杭长客运专线麻山隧道工程实例,参照铁路既有隧道控制爆破定额,对采用普通控制爆破和微差控制爆破所需工料机的差别及费用进行分析比较,结果表明,采用微差控制爆破所需的费用多,增幅达55.41%。 The ordinary controlled blasting is generally used for the construction of railway tunnel, and the project budget is prepared by the current quota. But when the railway line approaches or passes through special and important facilities, millisecond controlled blasting should be used to reduce or avoid the impact on the important facilities. But there are no existing quotas for millisecond controlled blasting. Therefore, taking the Mashan tunnel of Hangzhou - Changsha passenger dedicated line as example, the difference of consumption of artificial, materials and mechanical and the cost of millisecond controlled blasting are analyzed and compared referring to the existing quota of controlled blasting. The results show that the cost of millisecond controlled blasting is increased by 55.41%.
