摘要 车站制冷机组作为空调制冷系统的核心设备,在城市轨道交通工程中应用广泛。由于现场工况往往无法满足额定工况,会导致机组实际运行电流超过额定电流,这对基于额定电流进行的机组配电设计造成较大影响。结合实际工程项目,根据国家相关规范和手册的要求,对城市轨道交通车站制冷机组的配电设计进行了探讨,从而明确机组配电线缆选型原则和继电保护配置方法,以避免运行过程中出现的各类故障。 The cooling system is as the core equipment of air conditioning and refrigeration system in subway station, which is widely used. The conditions on the scene can hardly meet the rated conditions, and the actual operating current exceeds the rated current, which will cause great impact on the power distribution design of the system based on the rated current. Combining by the actural engineering project, according to relevant specification and manual requirements,this paper discussed the power distribution design for cooling system at subway stationon,and ensures the principle of cable selection and the method of relay protection configuration,to avoid all kinds of faults while operation.
