临床药师参与儿童X连锁慢性肉芽肿的药学监护

Clinical Pharmacists Participating in the Pharmaceutical Care of One Child with X-Linked Chronic Granulomatous Disease

目的:通过参与儿童X连锁慢性肉芽肿(X-CGD)的治疗过程,探讨儿科临床药师深入临床的价值。方法:临床药师参与1例X-CGD患儿的治疗过程,从药物代谢动力学、药物相互作用及药物不良反应等方面优化给药方案,开展药学监护,实施个体化给药。结果:临床药师在X-CGD患儿治疗药物的选择、给药时间调整、不良反应的监测等方面起到了积极的作用。结论:临床药师深入临床,将药学理论知识与临床实践相结合,最大限度地发挥了药物的治疗作用,减少药物不良反应的产生,在医疗团队中实现自己的价值。

Objective：To explore the value of clinical pharmacists involved in the treatment through participating in the treatment of one child with X-linked chronic granulomatous disease（X-CGD）.Methods：Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of one child with X-CGD,knowledge of pharmacokinetic,drug interactions and adverse drug reactions were adopted to optimize the dosage regime,implemented pharmaceutical care and realized individualized therapy.Results：The participation of pharmacists in the therapeutic course of one child with X-CGD showed positive role in many aspects,such as choice of varieties of the drugs,adjustment of different administration,the reducing of adverse drug reactions.Conclusion：Clinical pharmacists,through their efforts of combining the theoretical knowledge of pharmacy and clinical practice,maximize the drug effect,and reduce the adverse drug reactions,and realize their value in the treatment team.
