摘要
父亲参与对于幼儿情感、个性品质、社会性、智力等发展都具有重要促进作用。受家庭角色、传统观念和自身教育素养不足等因素的消极影响,当前儿童教育中父亲缺位现象普遍。幼儿园可以通过开设父职教育课程、借助新兴传媒手段、设置适合父亲参加的各类活动等帮助父亲调整角色,提升父亲参与的观念和能力。
Father participation is meaningful to children's development of emotion, personality, so- ciality and intelligence. But subject to factors such as the family role, the traditional concept and the shortage of the educational qualities, father participation in children's development is insufficient. The kindergarten can offer the curriculum of parental education and with the help of the new media, set the appropriate activities to help the father adjust his role.
