摘要
介绍了气冲造型线铸型输送系统的优化设计。为满足气冲造型线生产不同品种产品的工艺要求,通过改造关键辅助设备,增加铸工小车数量和冷却段层数,使铸型输送系统具备四种不同冷却时间的运行模式,从而达到提高产品质量、提升生产效率的目的。
This paper introduces the optimal design of the mould conveying system for the air impact moulding line.To meet the technological requirements of the different products of air impact moulding line,through reforming the key auxiliary equipment, increasing the quantity of caster car and layer of the cooling section,the mould conveying system had four operation modes with different cooling time, which improved product quality and production efficiency.
