摘要
通过试验改进,找到了一种适合低合金铸钢件穿透性缺陷的返修方法。铸件穿透性缺陷部位分成两次气刨和焊接,并且在首次焊接过程中使用局部机械振动消应力设备。有效降低了返修过程中的残余应力,提高了缺陷的焊补合格率,合格率由原来的不足60%提高到现在85%,大幅缩短了焊接周期,降低了铸件报废风险。
A repairing method suitable for the penetrating defect of the low alloy steel was tound by constant trial.The repairing process was divided into two-step gouging and welding,and the local vibration stress relieving equipment was used in the first welding process.The residual stress during the repairing process was effectively reduced,tile welding qualification rate of defects was improved from less than 60% to about 85%.The welding cycle was shorten greatly and the risk of scrap castings reduced.
