摘要
脆性材料在发生断裂失效时会产生许多的碎块和二次裂纹,在进行失效分析时应考虑多方面因素。本文介绍了合金冷硬铸铁轧辊断裂失效的分析过程,通过采用现场环境调查、铸造过程残余应力性质判断、宏观断口分析、金相组织分析和强度检测及有限元应力计算等方法,找到真正的裂纹源,描述出裂纹的成因、扩展、断裂的过程,并提出相应改进措施。
Brittle materials carl produce many fragments and second cracks in the fracture failure.This paper describes how to analyze the fracture failure of alloy chilled cast iron toll fracture.Through investigating the spot environmental,judging the residual stress in the casting process,analyzing the macro-fractography,observing microstructure,detecting the strength and calculating using finite element stress method,the true crack was resource found,its formation,expanding and fracture process was described and the corresponding improvement measures presented.
