摘要
P91材质作为马氏体耐热不锈钢材料,由于其良好的高温持久强度、热稳定性和高温抗蠕变性能等综合性能,在电力和石化行业获得越来越广泛的运用。本文着重介绍利用电弧炉冶炼P91材质耐热不锈钢的工艺流程及成分控制要点,可供同行参考。
As a kind of martensite heat-resistant stainless steel,P91 is widely used in electric power and petrochemical industry due to its enduring strength at high temperature,good thermal stability and high temperature creep resistance and other comprehensive performance.This paper was focused on the smelting process using the electric arc furnace and composition control key points of P91 heat-resistant stainless steel material.
