摘要 针对极槽数相等且采用渐变气隙的单相无刷直流电动机,基于能量法建立了齿槽转矩的解析模型,并用有限元法验证了该模型的正确性。基于该模型分析了单相无刷直流电动机齿槽转矩的削弱方法及渐变气隙长度最大值对齿槽转矩过零点位置和峰值的影响,提出渐变气隙长度最大值选取应小于或等于某个临界值。 A cogging torque analytical model based on energy method was proposed for the single-phase brushless DC motor (SPBLDCM) with the same number of poles and slots and with tapered airgap, and its validity was verified by the FEM results. Based on the model, some methods were proposed to reduce the cogging torque, the influence of the maxi- mum tapered airgap length on the zero-crossing position and cogging torque peak value were analyzed, and the optimal val- ue for the the maximum tapered airgap length was found to be equal to or less than a critical value.
