摘要
针对近几十年来,中小型电机定子槽型尺寸比例变化甚小的现象,拟定一台5 k W高速永磁同步电动机为研究对象,应用电磁仿真软件Ansoft,对电机的定子槽尺寸进行有限元优化分析。研究表明:在定子槽面积及槽满率一定的情况下,定子槽宽的在极限范围内变化,对电机性能参数反电势、铁耗影响比较大,分别可达15%和30%;然而在考虑电机机械结构的情况下,定子槽宽的变化对电机性能影响因子下降。针对该电机,电机反电势的最大值和电机损耗的最大值均出现在定子槽宽为7 mm附近。
In recent decades, the stator slot type size ratio of the small and medium-sized motor changes little, draw up a 5 kW high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as the research object, through the electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft, finite element optimization analysis was carried out on the motor stator slot size. The research shows: under the certain conditions that the area of stator slot and slot full rate was limited, the stator slot width in limit range of the motor, the performance parameters of back EMF and the iron loss are relatively large, respectively 15% and 30% ; however, in considering the mechanical structure, stator slot width change on factors affecting motor performance de- clines. For the motor, the maximum value of the back EMF and the maximum motor loss is appeared in the stator slot width is around 7 mm.
