区域尺度自然保护区网络空间信息库构建

Establishment of the Regional-Scale Spatial Database on Nature Reserves

各类自然保护区是全球保护生物多样性与维护自然资源可持续利用的关键战略。但目前的自然保护区数据库主要应用于单个保护区,区域尺度上自然保护区网络空间信息库的构建还非常缺乏。本文针对我国西南地区7个省份,通过系统收集整理自然保护区的基本信息及其包含的生物多样性信息,利用地理信息系统(GIS)技术对其空间分布图进行数字化采集,构建了覆盖本区域的较为全面的自然保护区属性信息与空间信息库。能够为区域尺度上的保护成效评估、保护区网络构建与可持续土地利用等方面的研究与实践工作提供科技支撑。

All kinds of reserves are the key strategies for protecting global biodiversity and sustaining natural resources. However, the current spatial databases on nature reserves are mainly developed for single reserve, while the establishment of regional-scale database is very limited. With the 7 provinces insouthwest China as study area, this paper systematically collected the information on nature reserves as well as the biodiversity, digitized the spatial data using GIS tools, and established a comprehensive regional-scale spatial database on nature reserves. This work can provide significant supports for the related studies or practices on the regional-scale assessment of conservation effectiveness, establishment of reserve network, and sustainable land-use planning.
