摘要
推进地方高校向应用型转变,是优化我国高等教育层次结构和类型结构、改革人才培养模式的有效策略,是"十三五"乃至更长时期我国高等教育发展面临的重大任务之一。而顺利完成这种转变,需要更新教育理念,建立共识,明确政府、高校、社会各方责任;推进高校分类管理、教师分类培养和评价,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设;强化实践教学环节,加强学生实践应用能力的培养;加强政府统筹协调,制定完善的配套政策。
To promote the transformation of loca l universities into the application-oriented type is a way to optimize the effective strategy training mode of the level structure and type structure of China's higher education, the reform of personnel and it is considered as one of the most important task of the "13 th Five-Year" and even a longer period of development of higher education in China. The successful completion of this transformation needs to renew the education idea, build consensus, make it clear about the responsibility of the government, universities and social parties; promote the classification management, classification and evaluation of teachers 'training, strengthen the construction of "double type teachers"; strengthen practice teaching and the cultivation of students' practical application ability; strengthen the government's coordination,establish and perfect the supporting policies.
