摘要
大学生科研创新团队存在建设目标不够明确、科研热情不够高涨、学科交叉不够合理、知识创新能力有待加强、领导机制不够科学、交流学习动力不足、团队文化建设需要加强等问题。通过构建模型发现,应该确立明确的团队建设目标,完善团队内部运行管理,重视团队文化建设,注重团队资源和优势的整合利用,建立多元的激励机制,从而提高团队效率和作用。
There are problems existing in college students＇ scientific research team constuction including unclear aim, muted research enthusiasm, unreasonable interdisciplines,knowledge innovation ability that needs to be strengthened, short of scientific leadership,insufficient driving force on study and weak team culture constuction. Model building proves that enhancing team efficiency and function depends on setting clear team construction goal, perfecting team internal operation, paying attention to team culture construction valuing the integration of team resources and advantages and forming diversified incentive mechanism.
