抗纤灵汤治疗血瘀型慢性肾功能衰竭34例临床观察

Clinical observation of Kangxianling Tang in treating chronic renal failure due to blood stasis on 34 cases patients

目的观察抗纤灵汤治疗血瘀型慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将64例血瘀型CRF患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组30例。2组均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗的基础上口服氯沙坦,治疗组在基础治疗的基础上口服抗纤灵汤。2组均以8周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组治疗前后血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制物C(CysC)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)含量及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.2%,对照组为73.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清Scr,BUN,β2-MG,CysC,Hcy含量均显著低于同组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后治疗组血清Scr,BUN,β2-MG,CysC,Hcy含量均显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论抗纤灵汤能降低血瘀型CRF患者血清Scr,BUN,β2-MG,CysC,Hcy含量,且临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangxianling Tang to the chronic renal failure（ CRF）due to blood stasis in patients. Methods 64 patients of chronic renal failure were divided into control group（ 30 cases） and treatment group（ 34 cases） randomly. Besides primary treatment in each,the control group took losartan orally and the treatment group was given Kangxianling Tang additionally. After one course（ 8 weeks）,the contents of Scr,BUN,CysC,β2-MG,CysC and Hcy were measured as well as the clinical efficacy were compared. Results The total effective rates in control group and treatment group were 73. 3% and 88. 2% respectively,the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）; the contents of Scr,BUN,β2-MG,CysC,Hcy in two groups were much lower than that before treatment,there were differences（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,while the contents in treament group decreased much more,there were differences between two groups（ P〈0.05 or P 0.01）. Conclusion The decoction of Kangxianling Tang has an evident curative effect in treating chronic renal failure patients and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
