妇炎康复栓治疗湿热下注型阴道炎80例临床观察

Clinial observation on Fuyankangfu Shuan in treating 80 cases of vaginitis with syndrome of dampness-heat pouring downward

目的观察妇炎康复栓治疗湿热下注型阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将160例湿热下注型阴道炎(霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各80例。治疗组给予妇炎康复栓治疗,2粒/次,1次/d,阴道内给药;对照组给予双唑泰栓治疗,1粒/次,1次/d,阴道内给药。2组均以1周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为83.75%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组细菌性、霉菌性、滴虫性阴道炎总有效率分别为96.43%,9 2.00%,92.59%,对照组分别为86.67%,77.27%,85.71%,2组各型总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组。2组治疗后血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、心电图等检查均无特殊改变;治疗组不良反应发生率为5%,对照组为15%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇炎康复栓治疗湿热下注型阴道炎疗效确切,且安全、可靠,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyankangfu Shuan（ suppository） in treating v aginitis with syndrome of dampness-heat pouring downward. Methods 160 vaginitis patients（ mycotic vaginitis,trichomonas vaginitis,bacterial vaginosis） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,80 cases in each.The treatment group was given intravaginal administration of Fuyankangfu Shuan,2 granules every time,once a day; the control group was given intravaginal administration of metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate suppositories,1 grunule every time,once a day.Curative effect in 2 groups was determined after 1 week as a course.Results The total effetive rate of treatement group was 93.75% while that of control group was 83.75%,there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）; in treatment group,the total effective rates in treating bacterial vaginosis,mycotic vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis were 96.43%,92.00% and 92.59%,while in control group,they were 8 6.67%,77.27% and 85. 71% respectively,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）,indicating the effect in treatment group was much better than that in control group; blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function and ECG had no any change; adverse action rate in treatment group was 5%,while that in control group was 15%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fuyankangfu Shuan is effective in treating vaginitis with syndrome of dampness-heat pouring downward.The therapy is safe,reliable with no any side effect,worth promoting in clinic.
