不同晶粒度AL1060微铣削力及表面质量试验

摘要 采用直径为0.6 mm的硬质合金立铣刀对AL1060零件进行高速铣槽试验,采用单因素试验方法,研究分析主轴转速、铣削深度和进给速度对不同晶粒度AL1060零件微铣削力和表面质量的影响.结果表明:细晶AL1060零件相对粗晶AL1060零件微铣削力更大,表面质量更好,获得了定量试验数据,绘制了变化趋势图,对影响机理进行了揭示,为不同晶粒度材料的微加工性能提供理论参考及试验依据. The slot milling experiment of ALl060 part was operated by carbide alloy tool with 0.6 mm diameter, the influence of the spindle speed, depth, feed rate on the micro-milling force and surface quality in different grain size of ALl060 was analyzed by adopting the method of single factor experiment. The result shows that the micro-milling force is bigger and the surface quality is better of fine-grain ALl060 part than coarse grain ALl060 part, the quantitative test data are obtained, the change trend chart is drew, and the influence mechanism are revealed, research theory and experimental reference are provided for the micro processing performance of different grain size material.
