大型节能环保型散粮连续装船机的创新技术

摘要 将全气垫带式输送机应用于装船机,有效降低能耗并实现封闭运输。设计三支点多自由度尾车结构,解决车轮悬空打滑。创新开发尾车与大车运行同步技术以降低故障率。研发大吨位抑尘伸缩溜筒,减少粮食破碎率,并有效控制粉尘。设计基于棘轮的新型转接料斗,满足出料流量可控的要求。研制轨道自动除冰技术,解决极寒地区因轨道结冰而导致的故障。经过一系列的创新设计,大型节能环保型散粮连续装船机具有平稳高效、节能环保、故障率低、破碎率小、适合寒冷恶劣环境等优点。 The full-air cushion belt conveyor is applied in the ship loader to reduce the power consumption of ship loader effectively and the closed transportation can be realized. The 3-wheel and multi-degree tripper structure is designed to solve the wheel-slip. The synchronous technology of tripper and ship loader is developed to decrease the failure rate. The large-tonnage telescope chute is developed to reduce the breakage rate of grain and control the dust. The new type hopper in line with the ratchet wheel is designed to meet the requirements of controllable flow. The automatic deicing technology is studied to solve some track icing problem in extremely cold region. Through a series of innovative design, the large-scale continuous bulk grain ship loader has more advantages of stability and efficiency, energy-saving and environment protection, low failure rate, lower breakage rate, and being suitable for severe and extremely cold environment.
