Win Through by Keep Cool, Constant Dripping Wears the Stone——From perspective of the management of the outstanding scientists

攀登世界科学高峰已成为中华民族的历史夙愿,在近百年求索发展的道路上,我们初步实现了现代科学的本土化与建制化,但在对科学发展内在规律的理解认识和遵循方面,还有很多可以改进完善的空间。本文以杰出科学家管理策略为视角,以期为讨论我国基础研究短板及问题根源提供一些参考例证。

To climb the peak of the world, science has become the national historical wish of China, during the past hundred years of development and exploration, we have made modem science localization and institutionalization preliminary, but there are still so many inherent laws of the development of science that need us to understand and follow. Taking outstanding scientists management strategies as an example, can provide important reference for us to discuss about the shortage of scientific research in China.
